Food & Beverage Assistance

We are recruiting for the role of Food & Beverage serving staff with barista experience to join our bar and restaurant team at the Abbey Court Hotel & Leisure Centre Nenagh. If you love working in a guest facing role, engaging with our guests, do your best work as part of a tight knit team, and relish the challenge of a buzzing environment then this role is for you.

The main duties will include:

• Serving food & beverages to guests in one of our dining outlets either table service or bar service
• Have barista experience would be an advantage
• Making time to engage with guests, giving advice on local attractions and cross selling facilities in the hotel
• Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of service
• Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectations
• Cleaning of bar and coffee areas

The ideal candidate:

·        Previous experience is welcomed

·        Warm, positive personality with genuine interest in guest care

·        Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
