The Twin Turbine System installed on our premises comprises two turbines, each equipped with three airfoils. When coupled with the guide plate, these rotors attain high rotational speeds, resulting in significant torque production. This ensures optimal energy generation, furthering our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
Technical Excellence: The wind turbines are equipped with a fail-safe system meticulously designed to meet the stringent requirements of the IEC61400 standard. Housed within the technical cabinet are essential components such as brakes, yaw mechanisms, gearboxes, and couplings. This comprehensive system ensures the seamless operation and longevity of our green energy infrastructure.
Azimut Bearing: The integrated Azimut bearing in our turbines sets us apart by allowing the Twin Turbine System to track the wind effortlessly, irrespective of its direction. This innovative design maximizes energy output, particularly during turbulent wind conditions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Pole Design: The upper connection of the pole housing the Azimut Bearing enables the top of the turbine to rotate freely 360 degrees. With the ability to track wind direction instantly, our turbines are poised to harness the maximum potential of wind energy, contributing to a greener future.
Sustainable Maintenance: Committed to environmental stewardship, the turbines are constructed primarily from recyclable materials such as RTP, aluminum, and steel. Engineered for durability, our machines boast an estimated operating lifetime similar to electricity pylons, ranging from 80 to 100 years. With a high percentage of wear-free components, maintenance efforts are minimised, ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.
