Abbey Court Hotel Christmas Experience - Terms & Conditions

1. Outdoor Venue - The Tipis are an outdoor venue, and the experience is weather dependent. In the event of severe weather conditions that may compromise the safety or quality of the experience, Abbey Court Hotel reserves the right to reschedule the booking to an alternative date. Guests will be notified via email as soon as possible if this occurs.

2. Health & Safety

   • All guests are required to follow the instructions of hotel staff at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
   • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the hotel premises and during the experience.
   • In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the directions of our trained staff, who are fully prepared to manage emergency situations. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and fire safety protocols are in place.

3. Right of Admission - Abbey Court Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, guests who are under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a manner that may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.

4. Booking and Availability - All bookings must be made online and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or safety concerns.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling - In the event that the Christmas Experience cannot go ahead due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances, the hotel will offer an alternative date. If guests are unable to attend the alternative date, the booking will be considered non-refundable and managed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Communication - All communication regarding your booking will be conducted via email. It is essential to provide correct and up-to-date email details at the time of booking to ensure you receive all important information and notifications related to your experience. Abbey Court Hotel will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to incorrect email information provided by the guest.

7. Arrival Time - Guests are asked to arrive at the designated time for their booking. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or refusal of entry, depending on availability.

8. Special Requirements - If any members of your group have special requirements (e.g., dietary, accessibility), please inform the hotel at the time of booking. The hotel will do its best to accommodate all requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.

9. Liability - Abbey Court Hotel will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by guests failing to follow safety instructions or behaving inappropriately.

10. Sensory-Friendly Santa Grotto Experience - On Thursdays, our Santa Grotto experience is specifically adapted to create a calming and sensory-friendly environment. With reduced noise and a gentler atmosphere, we aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for sensory children and their families
